Occasionally you come across one of those stories that is hard to believe, unless you were there or get a chance to interview the persons involved.  This is one of those stories.

Frank Clissold was struck by lightning while cleaning out his overflowing gutters.

Suffering horrific injuries, but surviving, Frank's life got a lot harder.

Not once .... but twice.

This is the incredible story of Frank Clissold - the lightning man - who should be dead.  But even if he was to survive, he should still show the scars of his brush with nature's most powerful force.  But he isn't and he doesn't.
